When providing food, please make sure the food is of a healthy nature. Food should include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Cooler with water and Gatorade/Powerade - please bring enough water for each player to last through the warm up and all matches that day (at least 2 bottles of water per player).
- Main meal (subs, chick-fil-a, wraps, tacos, etc.)
- Fruit/veggie tray
- Salty snacks (peanuts, pretzels, gold fish)
- Sweet item
- Paper products (plates, cups, utensils and napkins)
- Table cloth
- Pasta Salad
Other food items to consider:
- Cheese
- Peanut butter crackers
- Power bars
