Food Guidelines

When providing food, please make sure the food is of a healthy nature. Food should include, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Cooler with water and Gatorade/Powerade - please bring enough water for each player to last through the warm up and all matches that day (at least 2 bottles of water per player).
  • Main meal (subs, chick-fil-a, wraps, tacos, etc.)
  • Fruit/veggie tray
  • Salty snacks (peanuts, pretzels, gold fish)
  • Sweet item
  • Paper products (plates, cups, utensils and napkins)
  • Table cloth
  • Pasta Salad

Other food items to consider:

  • Cheese
  • Peanut butter crackers
  • Power bars
